We will always consult with you before performing any repairs and will be honest in trying to explain your alternatives. We will never repair a machine when it will be cheaper to replace it.

We also help customers who want to upgrade parts, such as graphics cards and hard drives, or add new components such as memory. We will give you honest impartial advice and source the cheapest items for you before safely installing them in your system.

Cleaning and preventative maintenance

All machines, over time, can become clogged with dust and other fine particles.

In some environments, such as a home with carpets and pets, this could build up over a period of months rather than years.

This can seriously reduce performance and may lead to severe technical failure of major components. We can perform periodic checkups on your system and if necessary, can remove any debris and clean vital components such as heatsinks.

File system maintenance and spyware removal

Just as the inner working of your machine gather dust, the file system on your hard drives gathers many unnecessary files after a time.

Operating system installation and setup

If you are upgrading your current machine with a new operating system then this service is for you.

We will backup all of your important documents before beginning the installation process and restore them to their original location once the process is complete.

We will source and install all the necessary drivers for your machine's components and customise the GUI to meet any special requirements you may have, such as language packs and accessibility functions.

Internet security support

Protecting yourself from malicious code on the internet can be a headache. We will remove the stress by helping you find the best level of protection for your needs.

Most users will have some form of internet security installed on their machines. On most occasions these are perfectly sufficient for finding and removing malware and viruses.

In the event that you think something got through your protection we can perform detailed checks on your system to try to find the offenders, and remove them completely.

We also give advice on what sort of security you need and how to keep your protection up to date.
