» How much do you charge to repair PCs?

Firstly, if you don't know what's up with your machine, we charge £10 for the basic diagnostic tests. However, if the cost of labour for any subsequent repairs reaches £50 you'll get the diagnosis for free.

Once we know what we have to do to the machine we will charge £20 hourly, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Almost all repairs are completed within the first hour.

» Do I have to bring the PC to you?

No, we will come and collect it.

If you'd like we can perform the basic diagnostic tests on site and in some cases we can perform basic repairs and maintenance on site too.
